warm welcome nice tea coffee station clean room
Jim gave us a warm welcome and I instantly felt at home. The room included a TV and a fan due to the hot weather. We had our own sink and a nice tea station with tea and coffee. Everything felt clean.
The sink in the room was partially clogged.

The hotel is very near to the main town center and a quick walk got me to the town in about ten minutes. It provides easy access to local attractions and amenities I needed for my stay.

Jim, the host, was very courteous and helped with a ride to Botany Bay when I checked out. Conversing with other guests around the dining area showed he values them. He goes out of his way to help guests in any way.

The room was nicely set up and I had access to a TV. A fan helped me manage the warm weather and the little tea station provided complementary tea and coffee. Everything was clean and displayed nicely.

The location was ideal. The room was bright and clean. I found the decor to be nice. The view of the garden area was great.
The rooms were not very soundproof. I noticed many changes in temperature and pressure in the shower. There was no mirror in front of the sink.

a good getaway
good breakfast beach proximity friendly host
i enjoyed the breakfast that was included. i walked to the beach easily. i also appreciated how close the hotel was to nearby shops. the host was friendly and offered advice for local activities.
the shower had temperature variations during use. this made it hard to get a consistent water temperature. i hope this is fixed soon.

convenient and clean stay
warm host extra duvet quick response prompt arrival
i found the host to be very warm and cute. he were really nice too ensure my stay was good. i requested an extra duvet and it arrived promptly. the host responded quickly to my queries and requests.
The room's soundproofing could use some improvement. It was a very slight issue

charming!
clean room helpful host comfortable bed
i visited some friends nearby. this place had proximity to them. jim checked me in. he also offered to drive me back to westgate later, that was so lovely! the room was very clean and quite comfortable.
the shower pressure varied. it was a very minor inconvenience.

breakfast had many options. it had everything i could want to eat, and i ate very well! jim made sure everyone had everything they needed, which i appreciated.

clean room coffee facilities thin walls sink issue
the room was well presented and clean. it included tea and coffee facilities. i found the bed comfortable and had a good night's sleep. breakfast was self-serve full english with a selection of teas and coffees. fresh fruit juices and cereals were also available.
the rooms are not well soundproofed. the shower had many temperature and pressure variations. i found no mirror in front of the sink. the sink in the room was partially clogged.
